SERVER RULES
Our goal is to keep the cluster fun, fair, and stable for everyone. Please take a moment to read the rules carefully and help us keep Project Eden a great place to play.
Play Fair. Respect Others.
General Rules
- No hate speech, harassment, or toxic behaviour.
- Hacks, dupes, exploits, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage will result in a ban.
- Do not intentionally interfere with another player's gameplay or progression.
- Do not deliberately provoke, obstruct, or disrupt other Survivors.
- Report exploits to the Admin Team instead of abusing them.
- Trapping other players is considered trolling and is not permitted.
- Do not steal eggs or unclaimed babies belonging to other Survivors.
- Please do not direct message Admins with questions that can be answered in general chat or through a support ticket.
Item & Dino Replacement Policy
We do not replace items or dinos lost due to normal gameplay, including:
- Deaths, including AFK, dehydration or starvation.
- Normal gameplay risks or player negligence.
- Lost or despawned death bags.
- We do have an Inventory Backup Saver and may be able to recover and replace items lost due to:
- Bugged death bags.
- Server crashes or unexpected disconnects.
- Other game bugs or glitches that result in item loss.
Recovery is only possible when the necessary backup data is available and an Admin is available to assist. Please open a support ticket with as much information as possible when reporting a loss caused by a technical issue.
Tribe Rules
- Each tribe may have one main base per map, plus one small outpost of no more than 4×4 foundations.
- Your tribe name must be the same on every server across the cluster.
- Character names must not use Human as a name.
Build Responsibly.
Help keep the server smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Build, breed and decorate with the performance of the cluster in mind.
- There is no strict base size limit, but don't go overboard. Use only the space you actually need and be prepared to downscale if requested by the Admin Team.
- Where possible, build outside the render distance of other tribes.
- Collect your taming traps and remove temporary structures once they are no longer needed.
- We strongly encourage the use of the Propagator for breeding. It exists to reduce server load and eliminate the need for large outdoor breeding lines.
- If you choose to breed manually without the Propagator, you may have a maximum of 40 breeding dinos out at one time.
- Tames left breeding while you are offline may be redgunned by Admins to reduce server load.
- Use cryopods or dino balls to store excess creatures. If your base is causing excessive lag, Admins may ask you to cryo some tames. You are expected to comply.
- Do not build on player spawn locations. Trapped players will be freed and offending structures may be removed.
- Do not block mission terminals, obelisks, boss zones, explorer notes, major resource locations or important player access points.
- Decor and building mods should be used with moderation.
- Excessive decorations, structures or light sources can cause lag and crashes. Prioritise performance over unnecessary decoration.
- Do not spam foundations or pillars simply to claim land.
- Take down unused pens, starter huts and abandoned structures.
- Excessive gates may be removed. Where possible, use Plant Species X, turrets and dino leashes instead of large walls and gate systems.
- Turrets used for base defence should be set to Wild Dinos Only.
- Turret boxes at Wyvern trenches will be removed immediately.
- Gas and Oil Pumps must remain unlocked and available for public use.
